Now I'm being told my request will be submitted to a 'billing department.' I just want my $19.95 shipping fee refunded. CS Rep: I hear you, and I completely understand your desire for a refund for the expedited shipping charge. It's certainly not acceptable when a service you've paid for isn't provided as promised. Let me process that refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee for you right now. It should appear on your statement within 3-5 business days. Customer: Thank you. That's all I asked for in the first place, instead of being bounced around by bots and unhelpful agents.
