If you have any issues with your glasses after purchase, this company makes it impossible to fix them. They will gladly take your money, but when it’s time for them to fix an issue, it seems impossible. The business is pretty much fully automated. When you finally get in touch with someone, they are extremely rude and will end the call when they think it needs to be ended. They can care less, why? Because there’s no one else to talk to in order to file a complaint. I felt compelled to leave this review and eventually engage with customer service because this whole experience made me feel like I was being scammed, with no way to get help.

Customer: I am absolutely furious with your service. I've been trying for days to get help with an issue with my recent glasses order, and it feels impossible to get anywhere. CS Rep: I understand you're feeling frustrated, and I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us and resolving your issue. Can you please explain what happened with your order? Customer: The glasses aren't right, and every time I try to get help, I get passed around. It feels like your business is fully automated, and when I finally do get someone, they're rude and just hang up on me when they feel like it! I feel like I'm being scammed!
